Atostogų rojumi vadinamoje Indijos Goa valstijoje nužudyta turistė iš Airijos. Nuogos 28 metų moters lavonas rastas laukuose, sakė policijos atstovas. Tiriama, ar turistė netapo seksualinio nusikaltimo auka, informuoja agentūra AFP.

Pastaraisiais metai Goa valstijoje būta virtinės turistų mirčių atvejų. Kelios aukos mirė dėl piktnaudžiavimo narkotikais, tačiau daug tapo ir smurto aukomis.

Ypač didelio atgarsio sulaukė 15-metės britės moksleivės Skarlet Kyling (Scarlett Keeling) atvejis. Jos pusnuogės kūnas 2008-aisiais rastas paplūdimyje. Praėjusį rugsėjį du vietiniai buvo išteisinti dėl kaltinimų išprievartavus ir nužudžius paauglę.
